Day 1. Tuesday, Feb 28, 2023. Arrival in Corryong

An example of the upmarket motel units we were lucky enough to have for our accommodation in Corryong. Luna the famous Corryong Cat.  Cockie took quite a shine to her and allowed her to sleep in his chalet.  We'd swear she had four legs when she went into his cabin that night. Cocky denies any overnight butchery but, suspiciously, we found what looks very much like a freshly baked and eaten cat leg outside his front door in the morning. While waiting for the full complement of riders to assemble a walk around the town was in order.  Some of the gardens were in full bloom with roses and lots of these bushes were in bloom.
